March is National Nutrition Month®: Eat Right, Your Way, Every Day

Today isI'm Blogging National Nutrition Month the launch of National Nutrition Month®! The entire month of March, registered dietitians will be promoting good nutrition, and helping you learn how to balance food and exercise for your life.

The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics realizes that everyone eats differently and lives differently. These differences don’t mean that your lifestyle can’t add up to good nutrition overall. This year’s theme: Eat Right, Your Way, Every Day really embraces this idea.

As a nutrition counselor, I know I can’t simply tell you what to eat! We all have our own preferences and schedules, and our body’s may tolerate foods differently. For that reason, we work with individuals to help them create goals and design meal plans that work for you.
