Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
Whip this up when there’s no time to spare or when someone doesn’t have a big enough appetite and needs some quick nutrition. Technically it’s not a “peanut butter” smoothie, but rather a peanut powder smoothie – but the banana and chocolate add sweetness, and give you that delicious combination that so many of us love.

Ingredients
  • 3 TB Peanut protein powder I used JIF brand
  • 1 medium banana could be frozen, then skip ice cubes
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • 8 ounces 1% milk any fat content you like – if more calories are needed, use whole milk
  • 1 TB chocolate syrup

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender or Nutribullet®
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
